Get two uses out of the CRL Combination Spline Roller and Cutter . Use one end to roll fiberglass screen wire into the frame, and the other to cut excess screen off as the spline is installed. The nylon wheel has a rounded edge, and the blade is made of hardened steel. They are set in a contoured hardwood handle
