The CRL Diamond Style Spindle A.D.A. 8.5 Lb.* Exterior 105º Hold-Open Retrofit Overhead Concealed Door Closer Body Only incorporate a spindle set in the diamond position instead of a squared position at 0º. This enables door installers to retrofit existing pre-1998 Kawneer® Husky® style closers without the need to change the existing Center-Hung or Offset Arms, which require a diamond pattern spindle engagement. With the addition of our accessory Retrofit Clips for either four inch (101.6 millimeter) CRL8010RK4 or 4-1/2 inch (114.3 millimeter) CRL8010RK45 headers, the existing closer can be replaced with this industry standard compact closer body in either Medium Duty or A.D.A. Spring sizes. These Closers are available in either Hold or Non Hold-Open models.

Accessory Mounting Clips CRL8010RK4 or CRL8010RK45 are required to install this Closer.

NOTE: This Retrofit Closer is not the same size and will not mount using existing hole patterns as the original pre-1998 Kawneer Husky. This Retrofit Closer may require extensive retrofit work to the header to install properly.
