This CRL Router Jig and Template is
designed for routing storefront tube for 4-1/2 inch (114.3
millimeter) butt hinges. It has an 1/8 inch (3.2 millimeter)
backset. The jig also has a template for cutting tapered slot in
tubes for Adams-Rite locks. Works with either four or
4-1/2 inch (102 or 114 millimeter) tubes. For backup plates use
either a MHT4 Flat or
MHA4 Recessed Hinge Backup
PLate. Note: Use 1/4 Inch (6.4 millimeter) Router
