CRL MRT4HV11DC's 600 pound safe work load rating is maintained by an on-board gel cell battery powered vacuum system that supplies constant suction pressure to the vacuum pads. The electrical system is cord free, and includes a system analyzer and charger unit. The smooth 360º rotational pivot has locking at each quarter point. Vacuum pressure at 8 seconds to attach, 6 seconds to release.

Basic frame dimensions are 27 x 31-3/4 inches (685 x 806 millimeters). Plug-in pad arm extensions expand the frame to 47 x 66-1/2 inches (1194 x 1689 millimeters).
