This CRL 877 Super Spacer Sealant is a single component urethane for the fabrication of quality single-seal insulating glass units. Simply attach a SGT Nozzle to match your Super Spacer width and backfill to the edge of the glass.

CRL 877 is a special low-solvent formulation that is made to be compatible with Super Spacer's adsorbent, and does not require a polyisobutylene primary seal. CRL 877 may also be used with adsorbent filled aluminum spacers.
Recommended for assembly of I.G. units when temperature is over 40°F (5°C) and when humidity is more than 40%. Tack free time is 45-60 minutes at 77°F (25°C). Cure time is 3/16 inch (4.76 millimeters) per 24 hours. Important Note:
I.G. units should be totally sealed with 877 within one hour of exposing Super Spacer adsorbent to the atmosphere.
