Rigid Black Vinyl Provides Secure Fit Between Glass and Cap Rail
Centers the Top of the Glass in Smoke Baffles
This CRL Protective Vinyl Insert for 1/2" Glass
is used with all Cap Rails,
except the 1-1/2 inch (38.1 millimeter) diameter. It is also used with the 1/2
inch (12.7 millimeter) U-Channel Cap and the Smoke Baffle Base Shoe. Cap Rail
Vinyl is flat black in color and is designed to center the glass and protect the
edge of the glass.
NOTE: 95CBL Silicone is recommended to secure the Vinyl
inside the pocket of the Cap Rail and also to the glass.
GR5PV vinyl should not
be used in CRS systems, use CR5PVT instead.
