Maximum length for UPS shipments is 8 ft.  Items longer than 8 ft must be shipped via Common Carrier (trucking company).  Unless cutting directions are provided, we will cut the item to 8 ft. A cutting charge of $6.50 applies. Please leave detailed cutting instructions including lengths and quantities in the comments box below the shipping information fields in our checkout. Packing Charge of $6.50 for orders of fewer than 5 stock lengths. Finishes and/or shapes may be combined to meet minimum quantity.

  • Rigid Black Vinyl Provides Protective Barrier
    Between Metal Cap Rail and Glass
  • Fits 1/2" (12 mm) Glass
  • For Use in CRS Systems Only (Except GR5PV)

This CRL 1/2" Cap Rail Vinyl is used with all Cap Rails, except the 1-1/2 inch (38.1 millimeter) diameter. It is also used with the 1/2 inch (12.7 millimeter) U-Channel Cap and the Smoke Baffle Base Shoe. Cap Rail Vinyl is flat black in color and is designed to center the glass and protect the edge of the glass. NOTE: 95CBL Silicone is recommended to secure the Vinyl inside the pocket of the Cap Rail and also to the glass. GR5PV vinyl should not be used in CRS systems, use CR5PVT instead.
