Provides a Solid Mounting Surface for the Closer Body When Clearance or Mounting Surface is Limited

The CRL Wide Drop Plate is intended for use with our DC52 and DC53 Series Surface Mounted Door Closers. It provides a solid mounting surface for the closer body when clearance or mounting surface is limited. Suitable for top jamb mounts when overhead ceiling clearance is less than 1-3/4 inches (45 millimeters) or to provide clearance for a surface applied stop or holder.
