CRL PR72 Aluminum Finish Delayed Action Adjustable Spring Power Size 1/2 to 4 Surface Mount Door Closer

The CRL PR72DA Delayed Action Adjustable Spring Power Barrier-Free Surface Mount Door Closer is barrier-free (low opening resistance), with lighter spring strength to provide adjustable door control from Size 1/2 through 4. The Delayed Action feature adjusts the time a door will remain open to facilitate ease of progress through the opening. This feature is particularly valuable in facilities and public buildings that require door closers to momentarily stay open. These features will comply with ADA accessibility requirements and are suitable for use with doors weighing up to 187 pounds (85 kilograms). Closing and latching speed controls are independently adjustable and an adjustable back check feature helps prevent damage to the closer, door, and adjacent surface when the door is violently swung open due to wind or heavy pedestrian traffic.
